Lincolnshire: the flat of the land

I’m thinking of a wonderful place to take a holiday, but I can’t quite remember its name. Perhaps you can help if I describe it to you?  The place I’m thinking of has a landscape that is flat as far as the eye can see, with the odd traditional windmills here and there. In the springtime, the land becomes a riot of vibrant colour as fields of tulips burst into bloom, making it very popular with visitors. What’s that you say? Holland? [click to continue…]
